CISDI and Baowu Clean Energy join forces

CISDI has joined forces with its most important Chinese client to develop a new energy eco-system for the metallurgical sector.
A strategic cooperation framework agreement has been signed with Baowu Clean Energy Co.
Both parties will develop multiple sectoral cooperation - in research and development, engineering, intelligent manufacturing, new energy development, market expansion and industrialisation.
CISDI’s chairman Xuewen Xiao and Baowu Clean Energy’s president Wei Wei attended the signing at CISDI HQ in Chongqing.
“I’m confident that CISDI’s fortes in consulting, construction, IT and intelligence, clean energy and core equipment manufacturing will support our aim to build a new energy eco-system,” said chairman Xiao.
“Complementary co-operation will advance green, intelligent steel production and energy storage, transfer and efficiency.”
President Wei commented that CISDI’s extensive engineering experience brought many strengths: “An engineering company bonds a resource end and an industrial end. Baowu Clean Energy is a strong industrial player,” he said.
“We will be working together for in-depth, long-term co-operation in hydrogen energy, steel industrial energy centres, intelligent manufacturing and The Network Factory, enterprise and park grids.”
Speaking for CISDI, Xuewen Xiao commented: “Baowu is our most important strategic client and partner in China. We strive to provide the company with very best engineering services and this new agreement highlights how individual enterprises can create border-less, aligned collaboration.”
