CISDI Group held its Strategy Forum 2017 during December.

The forum summarised past strategies and made dynamic reviews and adjustments of strategic development for 2018.

Analysis of past practices and operations testified the correctness of master direction and strategies and business systems formulated in 2016.

CISDI will continue its strategy of being a total solutions and technology provider preferred by the global metals industry, and experts in urban construction.

The company will continue to put in place business systems led by consulting, driven by steel and urban construction and supported by manufacture, IT and smart applications, energy conservation and environmental protection. It will push forward quality-centred and sustainable development.

The forum proposed the following strategies:

Steel engineering to be strengthened by building our core products and promoting operations management services.

Technological applications to be a priority in the improvement of product serialisation and standardisation.

Team-building to be based on the development needs of core products.

Increase equipment manufacturing capacity to better serve our steel projects.

Intensify studies and research on products, combined with process design, to increase integration and standardisation capabilities.

Brand and quality awareness is constantly highlighted throughout our work. We plan to reform the process, equipment and electric and automation disciplinary structures by synergising them more closely for a systematic establishment.

Intelligent and operations management services will be boosted by effective combination and coordination between products, production technology, intelligent technology and financial investment.
